2022届毕业生离校安全承诺书
为配合学校加强对2022届毕业生离校管理，维护学校正常秩序，确保毕业生安全文明有序离校，本人自愿签订2022届毕业生离校安全责任承诺书，现承诺如下：
In order to follow school regulation to strengthen management of 2022 graduates leaving school, maintain the normal order of school and ensure that graduates leave school in a safe and civilized manner, I voluntarily sign a commitment of responsibility for the safety of 2022 graduates leaving school and hereby undertake the following:
1、本人于____年______月_____日，自愿申请毕业离校。本人毕业后校外住址为_____________________________________。
I voluntarily apply for leaving school after graduation since_____Y_____ M_____D. My off-campus address after graduation is _________________________.
2、未经学校允许不私自离开请假离校居住地，若变更住宿地址，我承诺在24小时之内在所辖派出所办理临时住宿登记，并将地址告知留管人员。
I promise not to leave the place of residence without permission of school. If I change the living places after permission, I promise to register the temporary residence in the local police station within 24 hours and inform teachers of my new address.
3、我将随时保持通讯畅通，每天14:00前将个人体温、健康码和14天行动轨迹截图发给班主任。
I promise to keep effective communication and send the screenshot of body temperature,health code and 14-day movement to head teacher before 14:00 pm every day.
4、疫情期间，我将做好个人防护，勤洗手，出门戴口罩，尽量减少到人群密集场所活动，不私自到中高风险地区或境外，严格遵守居住地疫情防控要求，若出现体温异常、咳嗽等症状，及时到医院就医，并进行核酸检测，费用自理。
During the epidemic, I promise to take personal protection, wash hands frequently, wear masks when going out and minimize activities in crowded places. I promise not to go to medium and high-risk areas or overseas without permission, and strictly abide by epidemic prevention and control requirements in my residence. In case of abnormal body temperature, cough and other symptoms, I will go to hospital for medical treatment in time and have nucleic acid test at my own expense.
5、离校后，本人将严格遵守国家法律法规和公民道德行为规范，强化纪律意识、安全意识和法制意识。不参与传销、赌博、邪教、不良校园网贷、网络诈骗等非法活动；不私自外出从事营利性经营活动、非法就业；遵守交通法规，不乘坐非法运营车辆；注意饮食卫生，不酗酒滋事；增强安全责任意识，若出现一切涉及人身、财产等安全事故，责任由本人自负。
After leaving school, I will strictly abide by national laws and regulations and the code of ethical conduct for citizens, and strengthen my awareness of discipline, safety and the legal system. I will not participate in illegal activities such as pyramid schemes, gambling, cultism, bad campus online loans and internet fraud; I will not engage in profit-making business activities or illegal employment; I will abide by traffic regulations and not take illegal vehicles; I will pay attention to food hygiene and not drink and cause trouble; I will enhance my sense of safety and responsibility, and I will be responsible for any safety accidents involving personal and property.
6、本人承诺遵守中国法律，不造谣传谣，不在网络等平台发布不良言论，如有违反造成的一切后果，由本人自行承担。
I promise to abide by laws of China, not to spread rumours and not to publish undesirable comments on internet and platforms. Any consequences of non-compliance will be borne by me.
7、自觉遵守中国的法律法规，因个人违纪违法行为造成的一切后果，由本人承担，学校将给予相应纪律处分。
During the holiday, I promise to consciously abide by laws and regulations of China. All consequences caused by my violation of discipline and law shall be borne by myself, and I will accept the disciplinary action of school.
8、本人已完全知晓以上内容，并信守承诺。如有违反承诺内容，出现违法违纪和有损学校、国家形象的行为，学校不再帮助本人延续居留许可签证。
I am fully aware of the above and will keep my promise. In the event of any breach of this commitment, any breach of discipline or any behaviour that damages the image of school or the country, school will not help me to renew my residence permit.
本协议一式两份，国际学院和学生本人各持一份。
